What do you need to prepare Chinese shrimp for this recipe:

Oyster sauce and soy sauce
coriander
Corn Starch
Shrimp
Cooking oil
green onion
Garlic cloves
Grated ginger

How to cook Chinese shrimp

In a small bowl, mix the oyster sauce with soy sauce and coriander and set aside.
Use paper towels to make shrimp very dry. In a medium bowl, add shrimp and cornstarch and toss.
In a large skillet over a high heat, add half of the cooking oil to cover the bottom of the pan. When the pan is very hot, add shrimp to one layer and cook partially until a good side is stirred, about 1 minute. Stir and cook the other side of each shrimp, about one more minute. They do not need to cook food all the time. Remove it to a plate and set aside.
Reduce the heat to medium and allow the container to cool slightly to prevent aromatics from burning. Add the remaining cooking oil, add green onions, garlic and ginger. Stir the mixture for a minute, until the perfume is applied. (If you're using other vegetables, such as peas, add them to the pan now and stir for a minute or until the vegetables are bright and crunchy.)
Pour the sauce mixture and add the shrimp to the bowl. Stir for another minute or so until the shrimp is tender.
Serve immediately.

The method used here is best with all fries - shrimp cooked on both sides first and then removed from the pan. The shrimp was not cooked to ripeness, but it became very nice. You will end up cooking shrimps at the end of frying. Here we preserved the shrimp flavor as it is (compare the flavor between boiled shrimp and grilled shrimp), and garlic, green onion and ginger are all ingredients that burn easily easily so they must be cooked over medium heat.

Therefore, cooking this way (shrimp and other ingredients cooked separately) allows each ingredient to perfectly cook at its own temperatures. Shrimp is added to the pan at the end to finish cooking. All ingredients are in versatility perfect for flavor and texture, unparalleled.

Can you make Chinese shrimp low in carbohydrates:

Yes, you can do that by simply replacing the oyster sauce with the coconut amino sauce, as it contains very low carbohydrates. The taste will vary slightly, but you will win your low-carb deal.

What other vegetables can you easily add to this recipe:

Peas, mushrooms, canned baby corn (small pieces), fresh beans, red pepper, carrots. If you add more ingredients, increase the amount of spices and onions / ginger / green onions.
