These days there is nothing to stop me from indulging in my favorite hobby of finding delicious and unprecedented recipes, and it appears that shrimp and pasta have not taken their right from me yet. This dish is poured together in a sauce, watering and stainless steel bowl in just 20 minutes from start to finish.

All you have to do is boil some pasta and shrimp shredded in a group of garlic herb and butter. Once ready, just toss the pasta and some fresh vegetables. This is. It's easy, fast and comfortable in any kind of weather! Is there easier than that!

Unlike my previous recipes (or most of them) there is no specific advice on shrimp, you can use any available type of red or brown shrimp or whatever you have, and the size does not change anything from the taste. You can use large, medium, or small jumbo shrimp, and if fresh shrimp are not available, the frozen shrimp will be great too.

Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounce fettuccine
  • 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and spindle
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 8 tablespoons (1 stick), unsalted butter, divided
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Half a teaspoon of dried spices
  • Half a teaspoon of ground red pepper flakes
  • 2 cup baby arugula
  • A quarter cup of fresh grated Parmesan
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

  1. In a large amount of salted boiling water, cook pasta according to the instructions of the packaging; drain thoroughly.
  2. Add shrimp with salt and pepper to taste. Sit aside.
  3. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, oregano and red pepper flakes and cook mixture, stirring frequently, until smells, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add shrimp and cook mixture, stirring occasionally, until it turns pink, about 2-3 minutes sit aside.
  5. Melt 6 tablespoons of butter in the pan. Stir in pasta, arugula and parmesan until the arugula start to wilt, about 2 minutes. Stir in shrimp.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley, if desired.
