How to keep shrimp fajita in the refrigerator

When placed in a sealed carton, shrimp fajita can hold the same taste for two days.

Can the shrimp fajita be frozen in the freezer

Technically this can only be done, but cooking experts don't recommend it because when you heat the shrimp, it tends to be soft (especially in the microwave) and becomes chewy.

What you can do to prepare for the meal is to move the vegetables with the shrimp fajitas until they are cooked almost but not completely and then put them in a tightly sealed plastic bag and frozen, then when you are ready start cooking the fresh shrimp fajita with vegetables and settle them for enough time.

*** Serve with extra lemon wedges so your guests can enjoy a fresh taste of lemon juice on fajita.
**** Add shrimp in a plastic bag with a few tablespoons of olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper to make salt water. Soak it a few hours before cooking to get extra flavor.
***** You can topping these with fresh cabbage or lettuce, really similar to fish tacos.
