Do you feel how I love summer ?! But this love will be nothing if I don't share a grilled shrimp recipe with you. Trust me, it's the original spiced grilled shrimp!

This marinated grilled shrimp is marinated in the marinade and you can make it spicy if you like, and uses a handful of simple basic ingredients. Seasoned with cumin, sweet pepper and a kiss of lemon for this vibrant texture.

It is "great fine shrimp." Just throw them in a bag or glass bowl and soak them in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

The best thing about shrimp is that it is easy to cook! Grill in just 4-5 minutes on each side while preserving all flavors. It offers a pleasant weekend dinner or appetite for the next barbecue.

It tastes better than all those processed foods and is healthier! And you can never go wrong when paired with coconut rice added with cucumber cubes and corn kernels.

Now, dazzle your family and guests with a spiced, lively and delicious barbecue shrimp tray. You can totally eat the whole batch!

If desired, soak the skewers for at least 20 minutes completely submerged in water before using them to prevent burns. Heat the barbecue to high medium heat. If using the roast pot, sprinkle lightly or oil to prevent the shrimp from sticking to the pan.

In a medium bowl, mix garlic, paprika, cumin, olive oil, lemon juice, honey, hot pepper and salt.

Reserve about 1 tablespoon for added flavor.

Add shrimp to the mixture. Careful mix.

Let it soak for 30 minutes.

Add the parsley to the spiced shrimp.

The shrimp thread on skewers is about 3-4 for each skewer. Ensure that the front part is covered with skewer completely with shrimp. Cook the shrimp for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or until the meat is shrouded, and then mix with the seasoning. Serve with vegetables and rice or with dipping sauce.

Tips for you:

The large shrimp and jumbo is the perfect choice for barbecue.

Deveined Shrimp is preferred when working on this recipe. Without the shells, the shrimp becomes easier to skewer and allows the pickle to have a greater impact on the shrimp.

Soak wooden skewers to prevent wood from burning when grilling. If you are using metal skewers, be sure to spray them with a small amount of oil.

If you are grilling pre-cooked shrimp, just taste it and heat it for 30 seconds to 1 minute per side or more than two minutes.
