= Four medium cloves of crushed garlic.
= 2 chops of sliced ​​green onions.
= One small piece of peeled ginger.
= Ten sticks of dill.
= Ten sticks of fresh parsley.
= 1 century green chili pepper.
= 1 teaspoon of ground chili.
= 1 teaspoon of cumin condiment.
= 1 teaspoon of ground coriander.
= 1 teaspoon of table salt.
= 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.

How to prepare

➤ Add the lemon juice, soy sauce, chili and pepper in addition to the other ingredients in the electric mixer, and run it on a medium speed, in order to obtain a soft mixture and means.

➤ Add the marinade that was prepared over the shrimp, and make sure that the whole shrimp kernels are wrapped with this marinade, and then let them soak for a period of not less than ten minutes.

➤ Mix dough ingredients, including white flour, baking powder and spices, and mix them well using a fork.

➤ Gradually add ice water to the previous ingredients, while stirring continuously until liquid and smooth dough is obtained without any clumps.

➤ Heat an amount of oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat for frying.

➤ Dipping the shrimp kernels into the liquid dough, by grabbing them from the tail area, dipping their body into the dough, and then dropping the shrimp into hot oil.

➤ Leave the shrimps in the hot oil until golden, remove them from the oil, and put them on blotting paper to get rid of the extra oil.

➤ Repeat the same process with the rest of the shrimp.

➤ Serve crunchy shrimps with grilled vegetables and chopped lemon.
