Fried shrimp

Shrimp is one of the most famous seafood in all parts of the world, it has a distinctive and delicious taste that makes the demand for eating it increase constantly. The shrimp dish is a dish of high nutritional benefit, because it contains many vitamins and fatty acids that make it strengthen the body.

There are several ways to prepare shrimp; you can prepare a boiled shrimp dish, a shrimp dish buried with rice, a shrimp dish prepared in the oven, and the most delicious dish is a fried shrimp dish, which we will present several ways to prepare in our article.

Fried shrimp with spices

the ingredients

 A kilogram of shrimp is large.
 A cup of lemon juice.
 A cup of flour.
Five cloves of crushed garlic.
Tablespoon of cumin.
 A teaspoon of mixed spices.
A teaspoon of sumac.
Pinch of ground ginger.
Salt and black pepper to taste.
Vegetable oil for frying.

How to prepare

Shrimp kernels are washed and then peeled while keeping the tail fresh if the shrimp are fresh, but if frozen, they are soaked in water for half an hour, after which the water is drained from it and it will look like fresh.
 Peel the shrimp in a bowl, and add to it: cumin, lemon juice, sumac, mixed spice, ginger, salt, and black pepper, and stir well together, so that the marinade is spread over the entire shrimp pieces.
 The bowl is closed and left in the refrigerator for at least two hours, and it is preferable for the whole night in the refrigerator to be better seasoned.
 An abundant amount of vegetable oil is placed in a frying pan, and put on medium heat, and the oil is used only when making sure that it has become hot.
 Shrimp is removed from the refrigerator and dipped in flour from all sides, then placed directly in the oil, with the 
process repeated until the full amount of shrimp is finished.
 Stir the shrimp in the oil until it changes color from all sides to the brown-golden brown, after which it is removed from the pan and placed on drying leaves to get rid of the oil stuck in it.
 Lettuce leaves are placed in a single serving dish, then the hot shrimp grains are arranged in the center of the dish, the sides of the dish are decorated with lemon slices, parsley leaves or coriander, and cherry tomatoes cut in half on the face of the shrimp dish.
 Next to the dish can be served french fries, and some different sauces, and a salad dish can be added.
 Bread can be stuffed with shrimps, topped with mayonnaise and mustard, wrapped with loaf and served hot.

 Fried shrimps with rusk

 the ingredients

 A kilogram of medium shrimp.
 Scrambled egg.
 Three tablespoons of lemon juice.
 frying oil.
A cup of flour.
A cup of rusk.
A teaspoon of cumin.
 Two teaspoons of mashed garlic.
Pinch of salt and black pepper.

How to prepare

  Peel the shrimp, clean it from the back by removing the black line and then wash it thoroughly with water.
 Season the shrimp with garlic, lemon juice, cumin, and a pinch of salt and black pepper, then leave it in the marinade for an hour or two in the refrigerator.
  The scrambled egg is placed in a bowl, flour in another deep bowl, and rusk in a third bowl.
 Prawns are placed in flour, then in scrambled eggs, then in rusk, and covered on all sides well.
 Heat the oil in a skillet over a high heat, then fry the shrimp kernels until golden in color, then lift and place on blotting paper to absorb the excess oil.
