Shrimp Noodles with Coconut Oil recipe

  • 250 g cooked shrimp from the supermarket 
  • One square of noodles tin, preferably slightly thick 
  • Four to 5 tablespoons of coconut oil 
  • Half a cup of sweet red pepper 
  • Half a cup of sweet green pepper 
  • One onion, sliced 
  • 100 g green peas or green beans 
  • One tablespoon of tomato sauce 
  • Small amount of Salt as you want 


  1. Cook the noodles by placing it in a saucepan containing boiling water and add salt and a tablespoon of coconut oil until it softens, then pour and put on a side. 
  2. Boil green peas or beans until they are smoked, then put them on the side. 
  3. Cut peppers and onions to small or round pieces and put with coconut oil in a saucepan over the heat until tender, add peas and cooked shrimp and stir the mixture. 
  4. Add filtered noodles and mix them together. 
  5. Prepare the sauce by adding tomato paste to half a cup of water in a saucepan over the fire, and add salt and spices to it. 
  6. Add the sauce to the previous mixture and mix it well. 


* You can add small pieces of one boiled egg if want, it give different taste.
** You can add red hot pepper to taste hot or make it without.
*** You can add small amount of soy sauce.
